What is Lovecraftuary?
Lovecraftuary is an annual drawing challenge that tasks artist with creating a work of art centered around a creature or character from the cosmic horror of H.P. Lovecraft and the pulp writers he inspired. The challenge takes place in February, to commemorate the publishing of Call of Cthulhu in 1928, with 28 creations inspired by the Cthulhu Mythos.
How do I participate in Lovecraftuary?
Lovecraftuary is open to everyone, of any skill level or Lovecraftian knowledge.
Participation is simple. Just follow these guidelines:
1. Create a work of art based on the day's theme from the official prompt list.
2. Post it online.
3. Share it with hashtags
#lovecraftuary and/or #lovecraftuary2018
4. Repeat everyday of February.
